In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Our "No Hassle" Return Policy

aToolCrib will gladly accept any new returned item purchased from aToolCrib stock, within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in sellable condition. New returns must be returned in their original box or packaging, and must not be shelf worn, deteriorated, torn or otherwise not saleable in its condition or appearance. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, via either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground with the original packing slip placed inside the box. Send all returns to:
